Fees and taxes

At enderfactory.com the prices shown are in Euros, and the applicable VAT and tax rates are applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.

Order cancellation

The customer may cancel an order placed while it is in

processing. You are requested to inform enderfactory.com through the following contact of

If the cancellation request was made after the order has been shipped,

will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept the

same. enderfactory.com is not responsible for possible delays in the treatment of the

cancellation of orders.

enderfactory.com reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical reasons outside of enderfactory.com

Free Resolution

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, he can do so by emailing geral@enderfactory.com or by filling out the contact form available at  enderfactory.com. When terminating the contract within the legal term, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. The enderfactory.com must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.The contact made by e-mail must refer to the following data:Receiver's name;Phone/mobile contact;Order number;Order date;Order receipt date;Number of products and/or services purchased.Upon receipt of the request for free termination of the contract, an answer will be given with theas soon as possible, in order to expedite and schedule the collection of the product(s)acquired.Conditions for returnIn order for a purchase to be eligible for return, the purchased items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered. It will also be necessary that they are returned in the original packaging and without signs of misuse or mishandling.Products considered perishable cannot be returned. In case the collection of the product(s) from the customer is requested by enderfactory.com , the refund process will start after proper receipt of the product(s). Ocustomer will be notified by e-mail regarding this process.The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer.in the initial payment, except in situations with express agreement and in which the customer does not incurin any costs as a consequence of reimbursement. If you do not receive a refund within the specified time, please check your account again.banking. An exchange of items is only accepted when the order is defective,incomplete, incorrect or with damage resulting from the act of delivery. If you wantexchange an item, you must contact us by email at the following address: geral@enderfactory.com .The article must be sent to the following address:Rua Maria Helena Maria da Silva, nº 22A 2725-557 MEM MARTINS OffersIf the article was offered, it will only be accepted for exchange and upon presentation of therespective gift slip. 
Shipping costs
Shipping fees paid initially will be included in the refund amount, as isprovided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.If the customer wants a collection method different from that defined by enderfactory.com, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costsregarding the return of the product to the store, whether for the purpose of return or exchange.We cannot guarantee that items are returned or that they arrive in good condition.identical to those at the time they are shipped.
